When you set up a league, you can choose to use Confidence Points as an option. The Confidence Points range from 1 to N, where N is the number of games on the slate for the week.

The idea is that you use the highest confidence points on the game that you are most sure of... and the lowest (i.e., 1) for the game that you are least confidence about.

If your picked team wins a given game, you get the Confidence Points added to your weekly score (instead of just 1 for each game).

It can make for an interesting twist to the contest...

I've been watching the weekly winners but haven't a good way to display it.

Poser & major_gaff both lead with 5 weekly winners total with 3 solo winners each.
Next up would be chuckallen with 2 solo weeks total.
Next would be me with 1 solo and 1 tie.
Then HombreSecreto has a week 5 tie with major_gaff.
Week 1 had a 3 way tie between LasloFripp, Allegra and Impy.

I originally picked TB, but last night about an hour before the game I almost switched it to NO on just a gut feeling. My gut was right until the last 3 minutes of the game LoL, glad I didn’t switch.

Yeah I don't remember what week it was 2 or 3? But I posted my picks here but didn't save them at Yahoo, so I lost 3 wins at Yahoo that were confirmed here at FR.

It's funny you mentioned switching the Tom Brady pick to the Saints, I was thinking the exact same way but didn't pull the trigger.

It was Week 5 I did a screen capture from Yahoo and posted it here

Impy had linked me to an improved picture host but I got lost trying to learn it. It turned out that my Saints and Eagles picks were winners and the Bengals pick lost, which freaked me out then I realized I'd also switched my Yahoo Rams pick to the Cowboys and indeed Yahoo has me 3 wins fewer than FR.

I'm not the only one. Several others have FR picks that count where Yahoo picks (or lack there of) don't take precedence.
