"There is still no parity in artillery here near Bakhmut."

I saw some reports that said the current Russian concentration of Artillery around Bakhmut was the largest relative advantage over Ukrainian Artillery of anywhere along the front - about 9 to 1.

Back in June, The Russian Artillery advantage got up to 20 to 1 over a longer stretch of front lines in the Donbas.

"Heat map" depiction of the intensity of recent shelling:

"The Russians have much better armament in terms of artillery." Although they definitely have a significantly better quantity, the Ukrainians have significantly better quality (Pzh2000, Excalibur, HIMARS, etc.)

With the exception of the State border north of Kharkiv, the predominate Red for Heat is mainly or almost entirely on the Russian side ... which would indicate, to me at least, the Orcs are receiving more than they are giving.
