Diversity is strength.

I am having trouble with this. It sounds like a statement of fact, when in fact I can think of many counter examples.

What is wrong with this statement

“invasive species are good for the environment, cause diversity”
Or
“there are not enough genders, we need more”
Or
“diverse answers should be celebrated in mathematics classes”

I could go on all night

Remember, whatever the Left says or defines, the opposite of it is the truth. So if they say diversity is strength it is weakness.

If diversity is strength why are almost all countries built around a large racial/ethnic majority?

If diversity is strength why do the largely homogenous countries of Japan and China and India do so well?

Its all just kumbaya handholding socialist bs.

I had to sit through two hours of this kind of ‘’Diversity & Inclusion bullshit at the hospital I work in.

This black woman went on for two hours about how we're ‘’all equal and diversity is our strength’’.

After taking as much of this crap as I could in a small, crowded and stuffy conference room I blurted out this question: '' Madame, if we're all equal than how is diversity our strength?'' The woman started at me blankly for a couple of seconds, didn't answer the question and just kept on blabbering away about ''Diversity''.
