On Monday, election officials in two counties in the swing states of Arizona and Pennsylvania declined to certify the results of the midterm elections in their respective counties, potentially bringing overall certification to a halt for both states.
ABC News reports that Republican election officials in Cochise County, Arizona and Luzerne County, Pennsylvania voted to reject their official certification measures. Cochise voted straight Republican on November 8th, supporting gubernatorial nominee Kari Lake and U.S. Senate candidate Blake Masters, while Luzerne County voted for Democratic gubernatorial nominee Josh Shapiro and Republican Senate nominee Dr. Mehmet Oz.
The vote in Cochise County delays the certification of over 47,000 votes, which is far greater than the margin by which Lake allegedly lost to Democratic nominee and incumbent Secretary of State Katie Hobbs. The decision was made after Supervisor Tom Crosby motioned to table the certification resolution until Friday, with Supervisor Peggy Judd seconding his motion.
“This meeting agenda should have provided for interaction between subject matter experts on voter machines and representatives of the secretary of state’s office,” said Crosby, referring to numerous technical issues that suspiciously arise on Election Day throughout Arizona, which led to hours of delay and the possible disenfranchisement of tens of thousands of voters.
In Luzerne County, two Republican officials voted against certification, with two Democrats voting in favor and a third Democrat abstaining. Luzerne had its own problems on Election Day, with multiple polling places running out of paper ballots; the difficulties led to the resignation of the Luzerne County manager the following day.
“There have been enough irregularities and enough discrepancies and enough disenfranchisement of disenfranchised voters in this county that I don’t understand how we could possibly proceed without seriously considering a re-vote,” said James Magna, Vice Chair of the Board of Elections.
The votes have raised further awareness to the issue of voter fraud and potentially illegal election practices in the United States, a trend that first started in 2020 and continued into the midterms. Democrats, however, have dismissed such claims despite overwhelming evidence, and far-left lawyers such as Marc Elias have already threatened legal action against the two counties, and any other jurisdictions that question the results of the election.
They need to investigate, catch the cheaters and make examples of them. That will be a start.
Good. At least it will bring to light that something isn’t quite kosher with the way these elections were run.
Is AZ still up in the air?
The last I know of was one of the county folks said he was coerced to vote to cert under duress, but was voting yes anyway to avoid being charged with a felony.
Florida is THE model for preventing election fraud.......the fact that Arizona and Pennsylvania (among other states) refuse to adopt that model is obvious proof of fraud IMO.
Yes. This needs to be brought to a head.
People were told they had no choice — they had to certify an election which they pretty much knew to be fraudulent. Someone needs to be the roadblock. Someone needs to do the thing you aren’t allowed to do. Take it to court. Demand the investigation. Failure to certify results in thousands of disenfranchised voters? Good! They have “standing”. They deserve real satisfaction. Let’s find out if the election was fraudulent.
Don’t just recount what you have in hand. Find out why the things (ballots) you have in hand, are in your hand in the first place. Because some of those things seem to have appeared out of nowhere.
Well, election officials in Luzerne County PA are refusing to certify Luzerne votes based on what happened in Luzerne County.
The election officials in Cochise County AZ are refusing to certify Cochise County votes based on what happened in Mariposa County.
I can see why Luzerne officials are refusing to certify.
I don’t see what Cochise County AZ officials will accomplish by throwing away votes in Cochise County, especially since Mariposa County has already certified Mariposa votes.
It’s time we start some pushback of the voter fraud deniers on the far left. Maggots.
Fetterman - are you kidding?
Florida could have the same problem if election officials go rogue.
“People were told they had no choice — they had to certify an election which they pretty much knew to be fraudulent. “
Sorry, but are you saying that Cochise County officials know that Cochise County elections are fraudulent, and they are being forced to certify fraudulent results in Cochise County?
The only authority Cochise County officials have is to certify Cochise County, they’re not being asked to certify any other results.
From American Thinker, Here’s How They Did it: Real-time Election Fraud
Why would anyone spend $50 million on a Senate seat and let the other side own the election rolls? That is a question Ronna McDaniel may be asked by Mike Lindell! We take that election roll, with perhaps 15 million voters, Florida, for instance, or Texas -- compare every voter against every other voter and address, down to the cell level, and see any differences -- every day! What do we find? In a real-life example, this month, we found a county that changed 31,500 zip codes, yet the voter remained at the same address. Curious? That means the voter did not change their address, continued to receive all their mail, except one item -- a ballot sent from a voter commission. Our teams in Wisconsin and Florida are discovering this scam by the truckload -- do not email me that it is not real! And NCOA and Melissa? They are totally blind to this -- because the addresses are changed back! The Fractal team spent the last 20 months, with guidance from Mike Lindell, encouragement from the great Sheriff David Clarke, and over a dozen election integrity teams advancing voter integrity analysis from the ancient, batch, latent to the modern, current real-time. We learned the core strategy to fight ballot-gathering fraud in real time analysis of voter rolls and cast ballots. It is also real-time analysis of ballot collection points -- like large apartment complexes and dorms where ballots gather because there is not an apartment number.
And for what? A symbolic protest against elections held in the next county over?
Without certification these votes won't be counted and Hobbs lead will increase.
These guys are geniuses.
Perhaps I am confused.
Since the county election officials refused to certify their county election results, I assumed that they had doubts about their validity. Seems straightforward to me.
Also, there was a thread last night about Mohave country which seemed to have handled it differently. There, the county election officials seem to have explicitly had doubts about the validity of their county election results, But they went ahead and certified it anyway. Because "they had to".
Looks like Lindell may have gotten some capable people involved in election analysis this time. I say may because I need to understand what this term “fractal team” means. I think I know but not certain.
Biden- are you kidding? etc. etc.
“Since the county election officials refused to certify their county election results, I assumed that they had doubts about their validity. Seems straightforward to me.”
No, they’re not saying the results in their own county are fraudulent. They’re basically refusing to certify based on sympathy for Republicans in Mariposa being disenfranchised by all the election day shennigans in Mariposa County.
If you are questioning how not certifying will help resolve the problems in other counties in AZ, join the club brother.
Why aren’t they being arrested for felonies like the other county reps were threatened with if they didn’t certify?
