I don’t think there’s anything on 20th but some commercial fishing lots. I live in Marathon and didn’t even know there was a homeless camp there. The bridge to Boot has been out for a long time so haven’t driven there in years.

People are dug into the woods, here in coastal Oregon, and the weather has turned. I knew some people that lived on the ground for three years.

I would think that if you didn’t bother too many people, the Keys would be pretty easy living for the homeless. I have no idea what law enforcement’s attitude toward them is.
