It’s in a scene from “Die Hard”, a real classic movie. Hillyard was monitoring the movements of the SWAT teams while his team of crooks were pulling off a heist. SWAT comes up the steps of the skyscraper in a SWAT armored car, which is when he exclaims, snidely, “The police have themselves an RV”. Just then one of the crooks launches an RPG and lights the vehicle up.
