The J&J Covid-19 vaccine uses a weakened DNA-based human adenovirus as the viral vector and encodes for a variant of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. The viral vector infects the host cell and travels to the nucleus where genes of the spike protein (artificially inserted into the adenovirus) are expressed. The antibodies to the spike are produced on the host cell surface.
The end result is the same as with the mRNA-based vaccines, trillions of spikes are produced in the body which then induce production of antibodies. But the spike protein itself is toxic, the fatal flaw in this novel technology. These spikes can circulate throughout the body causing inflammation. The spikes can persist in the body for months and cause various adverse reactions.
The spike protein is most likely the result of a bioengineering experiment conducted at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China. Dr. Fauci funded this gain-of-function research via a contract vehicle with EcoHealth Alliance. He may have supplied the precursor virus called WIV1.

Does the body continue to produce spike proteins? When you get the next jab you replenish your supply of spikes, I’m thinking?
