You are correct, the body keeps producing spikes for at least two months after injection (causing increased inflammation). A new booster starts the process all over again. Best advice, don’t get a booster.
If you have recovered from Covid-19 (especially Omicron) you have natural immunity and it lasts indefinitely. The boosters may actually increase the risk of getting infected. This effect is known as Antibody Dependent Enhancement (ADE).
