You should take up smoking. It makes you look cool.
Good advice.
Never smoked, never drank more than 1 drink in any one day, never did any illegal drugs, had all sorts of health issues in mid-50’s and then took up regular exercise of walking 30 miles every week playing golf, now in early 80’s have zero health issues.
Regular Exercise is the best ever medicine in my personal experience. Aiming for 100 without any health issues or pain.
