In a dashcam the card will get continuously re-written as time passes. Speed is not really an issue here. (Single cam, 720p max. resolution, so, not even full HD.)

If you check the specs, the Samsung Pro Endurance cards mop the floor with even the SanDisk High Endurance cards, when it comes to cumulative recording (re-recording) life. In the case of the 128 GB cards from both (not really applicable here, I suppose) the Samsung is 140,000 hours vs. the SanDisk @ 10,000 hours!
