They didn’t reclaim land - whenever Russia moves troops strategically the Ukrainians dance and say “WE DID IT! WE DROVE THEM OUT!”

Nothing says winning like watching your power grid be destroyed leaving millions without heat, light, water and lacking the means to replace destroyed power hubs. These ‘winners’ now have millions of Kyiv citizens to relocate but they don’t have the means to do so, nor a place to put them, but these ‘Winners’ are winning money laundering funds for the people who control them to divide among the globalists who feed of Ukrainian laundered funds.

I find your post curious. Winning is an interesting term. So let’s see if I can unpack your position. 9 months after invading a much smaller and numerically smaller military Russia is “strategically” redeploying its troops and giving up 50% of territory gained. Where it initially refrained from massive attacks on infrastructure and civilian targets the Russians have gone full in and that is something to be proud of and shows “winning”. An already numerically superior military both in equipment and manpower has to conscript hundreds of thousands if not a million new soldiers, recommissioning hundreds of retired tanks from the 50s and 60s and using cars, vans, buses and old flatbed trucks for transport is “winning”
Russian navy is virtually absent from the Black Sea and turkey is refusing entry of Russian navel vessels into the Black Sea
Perhaps Putin will “win” he has the numbers, the fact that he has not won, had significant loses, resorted to massive strikes on non military targets and “strategically”
Redeployed his troops at the very least shows some very significant deficiencies in both his military and strategic/tactical abilities.
Ultimately he may succeed in his goals of conquest, but at a very great cost.
His military will no longer be feared as some unstoppable force,‘after all Ukraine was supposed to be a cakewalk. Give this pipsqueak military some artillery, drones dropping grenades and some intelligence and the Russians are struggling
Imagine if the Ukrainians are given the capability to target and hit all these Russian sites launching their terror weapons, civilian infrastructure is hit like Russia is doing in Ukraine and add this to the incredible loses Russia has sustained with their country as a whole untouched to this point and I wonder how the Russians will react
there is a huge difference between the two forces. What is the individual Russian soldier fighting for(we know what the most effective Russian group is fighting for), and the average Ukrainian soldier fighting for? How motivated is the Russian soldier who a month ago was warm and cozy in his Moscow apartment willing to fight and die for this “special military operation” and for how much longer will the average Russian mother who’s son has been killed or wounded because of putins dreams continue to support the “operation”?
I think that is the key
