The hour I became 18 y/o, I would have legally changed my last name. That, after most likely using a fake name during school years anyway. Obviously, the deceased was unbothered by such details.

This is a rare case of justice in a mostly unjust world. But there are hundreds or thousands more of the corrupt judges, DA, and “reformers” who should be murdered in the crime waves they have brought about, instead of the innocent citizens who actually are being murdered in those crime waves.

He was on Southern Ave. near Suitland Parkway in SE when police say there was a crash after a driver crossed the line to try to pass Blowe's car.Was the driver trying to pass him or cut him off? /speculation
Family said Blowe got out of his vehicle and then was shot and killed.The assailant, strangely, remains at large.
So you have a crash happen at a spot where someone just happens
to be there to shoot one of the drivers involved in the crash.
Contagious road rage?
