Wow, your’e lucky. We have $400 that we have to put aside each month just to pay real estate taxes. I feel like we are lucky lol, that’s probably on the low side for most people.
I split my property tax and pay 1/2 in June and 1/2 in December. I’m an obsessive saver and stick everything into savings.
