Krill oil has a slightly different make up than normal fish oil. One concern brought up in a prior study was that krill oil somehow worsened insulin sensitivity by over 25%, believed to be from Phospholipid binding to krill protein, according to one source I referenced.

Krill oil? And krill is a type of zooplankton, right?

I recommend mixing it with soy bean and lentil in order to balance the taste and enhance nutritional value!

Insulin sensitivity…. I would be interested in your source. My hubby may have just eaten his last thanksgiving meal at 56. I am looking at some Hail Mary treatment that we working class can afford.
