Please join us November 23 starting at 4pm as we start our annual tradition of Wolfenoot - A Celebration of Canines and Kindness! “Wolfenoot is about celebrating our pack- human and animal- helping where we can, and making the world a better, kinder place. A lot of you will have family in town for the holidays, so bring your pack for a pre-Thanksgiving celebration! Wolfenoot was originally created by a 7 year old boy. The boy invented a holiday called Wolfenoot. It is when the Spirit of the Wolf brings and hides small gifts around the house for everyone. People who have, have had, or are kind to dogs get better gifts than anyone else. You eat roast meat (because wolves eat meat) and cake decorated like a full moon. Wolfenoot is a holiday to the spirit of wolves that celebrates people who are kind to dogs? Once again, we are excited to partner with our friends at JAB Canid Education and Conservation Center, promoting Animal Conservation through Education, Animal Assisted Therapy Programs, and Compassionate Research! And how can you celebrate Wolfenoot without a real life wolf and other unique animals?! Present will be Lucan the Wolf, Viktor, Maksa, Lena & Vasily the Foxes and Luxx and Stumpy the New Guinea Singing Dogs!
