The United States Contributes $4.5 Billion to Support the Government of Ukraine
Much of that contribution is to pay for American goods to support Ukraine.
What does the USA get out of it?
1. The elimination of Putin as a threat to USA economic and strategic interests
2. The testing of older weaponry against Russian and Chinese (which are based on the Russian) weaponry
3. A strong deterrent to China and any other entity that tries to use military warfare to expand.
4. Ultimately a more stable return to the pax Americana and against the globalist New World order that Putin and Xi represent
Also this shows the ineffectualness of paedo Biden who abandoned Ukraine in February and was only reluctantly brought back in April when the Ukrainians managed to not only survive but repulse the invasion of Kyiv
