He's not the only one. The Brit general public seem fed up with them. The people of the duchy of Sussex have formally asked for their title to be yanked; many others agree due to general resentment of their disrespect, manipulations, publicity hounding, excessive entitlement and outright lying.

It's not so much Kate the person as the protocol of respect for Kate's position that MM resents. MeMe does not understand their system, does not understand the entire concept of respect, nor that William has been understood to be a future King since the moment he was conceived. Likewise Kate has been carefully watched by the public to determine if she will one day make a suitable Queen.
Early on, Kate was criticized second only to Camilla; but has finally gotten a break due to the example set by Meghan. Finally the UK public is grateful for Kate and praises her conservative dress, manners and emphasis on being a wife and mother. (The many poor whites and insufferable leftists in Socialist UK have resented those choices, and the privilege that affords them.)
Sparkles, as a brash American with a chip on her shoulder, thought she could elbow Kate and William out of the top spot by making herself and Harry more "popular" with the general public. Wow. The First Lady already gets a suite of offices and a large allowance for hiring staff, plus all the travel and entertainment perks through her husband, gifts from other nations, designers wanting her to wear their clothes, people inviting them to stay at their mansions, on and on—plus 4 to 8 years of the inimitable experience of a lifetime, and book deals and speaker fees forever after. And that’s not counting the graft and grifts. He is a bottomless pit of greed.
