If what you say is true why don't they fly their fighters and ground attack airplanes over Ukrainian held territory?
The answer is obvious - they don't have air superiority, much less control of the air space.

What set of circumstances do you see that could possible break Ukraine’s will to fight in the next months?

Russia has already lost the war. The Russian army cannot move forward anywhere. Only the Wagner group is making any progress and that is just for show to get paid.
At home, Mother Russia is suffering from an economy destroyed by world imposed sanctions. We have a world war........the world against Russia.
Russian gas can’t be sold. Ditto oil that can be sold but not delivered. No industry then no jobs. No jobs then massive vodka intake and the resulting resumption of societal alcholism.
