Kaylee’s sister says that was the norm for Kaylee to call and call and turn to phone to someone else to keep calling until the person answered her.
That house had been a well known party house for many years. How could parents agree to rent such a place for their daughters. Add to that, their daughters sleeping in a room with a sliding door and if that doesn’t raise the risk, knowing half the campus likely has the door lock pass code.
