Shocking it took so long to make arrests.
Probably waiting to catch the bigger fish.
It has to reach that level of bad before the authorities begin thinking “Hey, we don’t look so good. We better do something.”
It’ll be interesting to see if the DA lets them go or proffers really low charges, like “trespassing on RR property.”
