Arizona passed a supposed "non-partisan" plan to have a commission redistrict the state.
In practice, it has been very pro-leftist partisan.

Even after a Republican seat was eliminated by population loss ā¦ Iām not sure this is true. The redistricting process resulted in two incumbent Democrats ā Jerry Nadler and Carolyn Maloney ā living in the same district and facing each other in the primary this year.
