The judge who overturned the execution order should be guillotined in the town square.
So many murders have been committed that way. In that scenario, I would assume the person with the gun intended to kill all of us.
Today, in the Idaho case, the coroner now is saying the victims were found in their beds and likely were sleeping when attacked. One father said his daughter (who was sleeping with her boyfriend) had self-defense wounds. Sounds like she woke up during the attack. Horrific and heartbreaking.
The latest information:
(1) The surviving housemates and the man loitering near the food truck have been ruled out as suspects at this time.
(2) The two victims at the food truck didn’t walk home. Someone gave them a ride.
(3) The two surviving housemates were not the 911 callers. The 911 caller’s identity has not been released.
I thought the surviving roommates were on the top floor of the house.
Regarding the possibility that the killer called 911. Could it be he was growing impatient that no law enforcement activity was at the house as late as 12PM?
From something I read last night; one of the roommates or both became scared when they heard no noise coming from downstairs & one called her boyfriend. He saw someone “passed out” when he looked thru a window & I think he called the police.
This is one of those cases that just gnaw at you because of the sheer horror & mystery involved.
I remember that. Execution cruel??????? I really really don’t get some people.
I appreciate your update. Thanks.

It says two of the victims called a “mystery man” several times. Someone on the thread said the “mystery man” was one victim’s long-time boyfriend. Maybe she expected him to come over, and when he didn’t, they started calling him? Then, maybe, as you said, he arrived the next day, looked through a window, and called police?
Pure speculation on my part. Just hoping they catch the killer(s).
