WELLINGTON, Fla. (CBS12)—A Wellington parent is suing the Palm Beach County School Board, claiming a teacher put up LGBTQ pride flags inside the classroom.
Frank Deliu says his son is in seventh grade at Emerald Cove Middle School and one afternoon in September he came home and told his father that his computer science teacher had put up two rainbow flags in the classroom.
"When a student had asked about them, she went on the internet and did a search and discussed homosexual issues with the students," said Deliu.
Deliu said he filed a lawsuit almost a month later when the staff didn't address his concerns and he was forced to remove his son from the computer science class.
Deliu says his family is Christian Orthodox and they believe homosexuality is a sin. Deliu argues that by allowing the teacher to hang the LGBTQ flags in the classroom, the middle school is breaking the parental bill of rights law which states only a parent can make religious or health decisions for kids.
"I really would like the school to just focus on the same thing that I was taught as a child," said Deliu.
Deliu says he reached out the Governor Desantis to see if his office wants to intervene since this goes hand in hand with his new bill, the parental rights in education bill also dubbed by critics as the "Don't Say Gay Bill."
"On the first of July new laws passed and it seems to me you have teachers just flagrantly violating the law," said Deliu.
Deliu says since filing the lawsuit another one of his son's teachers has put up LGBTQ pride flags and he is heading to court on November 1 asking the court to put a temporary halt on any more flags going up.

Today’s “Pride” movement grooms kids into confusion, and then mutilates them as a cure for that confusion.
For most of those Gender Militants, this is more than a lifestyle preference, it has become their religion, with certain rituals, such as abortion, being sacrosanct, or something far too important to ever be questioned or interferred with.
Easy to say homeschool or send your kids to private school but why should taxpayers surrender and not fight and win back public schools?
Straight people need to organize and have a flag and other publicity things. No reason a “straight” flag couldn’t be flown alongside the gay one.

It is undoubtable that the homosexual trans agenda has a massive amount of pedophilia behind it. Ironically the only political force fighting back are the lesbians and feminists.

They can’t breed more queers so they must recruit.
True that the first push-back to the trans agenda came from “TERF” feminists and lesbians. My favorite among these is the late Magdalen Berns. Her YouTube videos telling men that they’re not women are good fun.
But there’s now opposition from conservatives too. Witness the bans on child-mutilation and girls-sports protections in Florida and Texas, and other actions in some red states.
Bingo. This stuff is religion to its believers.
