This is Transgender Awareness Week, a time to bring attention to trans people, highlight their accomplishments, and note the challenges they still face.
The week, observed November 13-19, involves activities such as “educating the public about who transgender people are, sharing stories and experiences, and advancing advocacy around issues of prejudice, discrimination, and violence that affect the transgender community,” GLAAD explains on its website.
It is followed by Transgender Day of Remembrance November 20, a worldwide observance memorializing all the trans people lost to violence during the year. The Day of Remembrance was created by activist Gwendolyn Ann Smith to honor Rita Hester, a trans woman killed in 1998.

Agree on the stats...they’re meaningless on their own.
Also agree, coming after the kids isn’t negotiable. This isn’t some new ‘enlightened trend for mental health’, it is the chemical and surgical mutilation of children by adults for profit and perversion.
They try to pass it off as ‘eliminating hate’, under the banner of ‘love is love’, which has nothing to do with it. That is nothing but being manipulative to force acceptance.
You can live in your own delusions all you want - you have ZERO right to push your delusions into my REALITY and REQUIRE me to comply, especially when this coercion will target children.
We have a responsibility to protect them. We must turn around this snowflake culture, which is required for this insanity to prevail. It’s nothing but encouraging kids to feel “but I want to be a girl instead!”. Tough. You are what you are born as. NOTHING can change it. Mutilating yourself isn’t an answer. There is NO SUCH THING AS A ‘TRANS’ PERSON...just a mentally ill one. No man will ever get pregnant. No woman will ever product sperm. How many ‘trans women’ have EVER had a baby? Zero? Yeah...thought so, the reality check says it all.
This has no ideological alignment with the LGB crowd either. Gay men don’t want young boys being told they’re ‘trans’ vs. ‘gay’. The result isn’t desirable for them. Gay men won’t date ‘trans men’. Lesbians won’t date ‘trans women’. This is all a conflicting set of ideals and is unnatural. So when you hear ‘LGBT community’ you’re just being bullied to accept every perversion at the risk of being called a ‘hateful bigot’.
Protecting children is not hateful bigotry.
That meme on the bottom is perfect. That freak was invitied to the White House and is now a millionaire for cross dressing and dancing around like a tween girl.
Awareness? Is that where we lift their skirts and laugh out loud?
By next year, it will be freak month.
Next year it will be National Boi Butter Day.
