Not likely. Sources say it was a gasoline fire. And I’ll bet that with all his very rare cars, he wouldn’t risk putting a fire hazard car in the same building.

So yeah, probably just some bad luck.

I had a fuel line on my 67 Camaro 6-cyl start leaking gas all over the exhaust manifold. By some good luck it did not catch fire.
