It doesn't really affect Democrat voters. The government pays their bills, even gives them cable TV, internet, and cell phones. There are programs to subsidize their electricity and heat. And the government SNAP/EBT pays for the groceries.
Rising prices mostly affect those who are not on the government plantation.
