We ARE a Constitutionally mandated, democratically elected, representative republic.
If the “democratically elected” portion is compromised, we are Russia.
You have to be careful.. there are a few FReepers that think we are a ‘Democrocy’.
I gave up trying to explain that we are not. (Where in the Constitution does it even mention ‘Democracy’?
Anyway, to the ones that still claim we are a ‘Democracy’, don’t waste my time, I will ignore you.
