There is video of him murdering a woman and wounding another person. This guy has no shame and hollywood still employs him.

This is all very typical in a civil lawsuit. Any competent attorney working for the defense will look for any opportunity to bring other defendants into the case — especially if they have deep pockets and/or lots of insurance coverage.

20 years on television, countless gun fights, three sidekicks (Chester, Festus, Newly, respectively), and nobody shot by accident on the set. Likewise nobody shot on radio in ten (?) years by gunshot sound effects.

Tell it to his insurance company. They pay the lawyers. They want to recoup the settlement money they paid to the family of the woman he killed. None of it was Alec Baldwin’s money. This is not his decision to make.
The suit is legit.
The ammo got on set and into a gun, then into the actors hand all bypassing every safety check the industry has in place.

You could argue all involved in the countersuit are assessories to manslaughter and should be prosecuted as such.
