Trump has launched into an attack (full frontal this time) on Ron Desantis. This is this afternoon -- November 10th.
Oh, I make a snide minor remark about Desantis but OTH you TDSers can totally trash Trump all day long here. I get it. You TDSers are fascists.
Absolutely not.
Trump cannot win in 2024. If we give him the nomination out of fear that he bolts for a third party, then what? We still lose.
Lose with Trump in '24 and his supporters will be claiming it was stolen from him once again and he's owed the '28 nomination (even if he's then 84).
If we want to win in '24, we move past Trump and let the chips fall where they may.
If he tries for a third party spoiler campaign, that will be his legacy.

Two things..first I’m a Trump supporter and second, I don’t relish this fight. It’s TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR and is counterproductive (mostly to Trump, sadly). It’s BAD JUDGMENT!

I don’t think any one of them would be considered Trump’s “friends”....opportunists when they saw long coattails to hitch themselves to is more like it. As a successful “new boy in town”, Trump gave ALOT of undeserving people chances, who shivved him in the back.
