my mis read.
so YOU’RE CLAIMING YOU do this?
ha NOT!
EVER!
IF SO YOU’D PROUD TO POST YOUR LAST COMPETION PHOTO.
...but there isn’t one...because that didnt happen either.
pony up your photo Arnold, or your just a talker on an anoymouse internet board.
Duh!
“In other words, visit the gym before breakfast.”
I think so. Had a friend years ago that was a competitive bodybuilder in the 1980’s and that’s was part of his routine. Gym eveey morning at 5:00am, seven days a week. No breakfast or food of any type until he finished his workout. He said that was the best way to burn fat (get ripped).
He wasn’t into steroids so he gave it up around 1986-1987. He said it just wasn’t possible put on the amount muscle mass as ‘roid monsters.
I’m with you on this one.
I don’t lift weights, I do pushups. entering late 60’s in age.
I do 600 pushups every day after my coffee. In sets of 50. I have built a lot of muscle over the past 5 years, I am not burning muscle for fuel. lots of protein. Lost about 20 pounds of fat.
I am sub 32 waist now, but not 30 yet so pants are baggy and need a belt. I am wearing my belt from 1978 and am a solid 155 pounds with abs. I do not compete, but I am in the best shape of my life. One of the few old guys with no belly.
I would love to see you guys post pictures.
I dont compete and I dont post pics of myself on the net. Anytime you’re in Phoenix, come by the gym.
Not news, there were other studies coming to the same conclusion decades ago.
You ignored the question, so I’ll ask again...
You told me to get back with you when I do three sets of 8 @ 2*120# dumbbells on a flat bench.
The question you avoided still stands...
Do YOU do this?
pic posted for seven days in “about” page.
your turn to post and...AND...reply to the question about strawman 240# bech press nonsense that you threw out there.
ante up 240#benchpressJonny!
...or...shut up
Your move
Well done. U look to be in great shape.
Johnny,
Thank you for your grace and kindness.
We had disagreements in our interaction and for the acerbic words I used, please forgive me.
I wish you the VERY BEST our Lord has for you and the ones you dearly love.
May you be strong in Him, a fortress for the souls you love.
In kindness and grace,
J
Dont worry, no offense taken. I live for disagreements and debate. God bless you as well and may you live long and prosper.
Keep pumping iron living strong.
CM, what do you think of this?:
It effects TruNiacin and all other NR’s. Does it mean they come off the shelfs? It seems so to me.
I had not heard about this, and, frankly, no medicine should be able to take a prior substance off the market, due to competition or medical results.
There should be lawsuits over this, too.
NMN is not as well studied as nicotinamide riboside. We do take both in a combo supplement, but we prefer nicotinamide riboside, from study insights.
Chromadex/TruNiagen, which I believe is an NR, received also received an FDA letter last week that it may not sell or market as a dietary supplement. Lawsuits? Or does the product immediately come off store shelfs?

Thanks for your help
Here’s a press release:

Nicotinamide riboside is okay.
