how can a lump of cells have a disability? these people can’t even lie to themselves properly.

Coworkers, decades ago, were told their daughter had Down Syndrome and the Dr. advised abortion.
Husband agreed, but Mother refused.
Daughter was born perfectly healthy.
I don't know how that relationship proceeded afterward, but I can't imagine being that father, looking at his daughter every day and dealing with his initial reaction.

If women in my family aborted all the children that doctors/nurses told them would be born with life impacting defects/disabilities, I would have four fewer family members. All were born perfectly healthy and fine. I wonder how many women have aborted perfectly healthy children they were told would have defects?

This is why liberal women HATED Sarah Palin.
She revealed their craven selfishness.

I was born with a disability. Not as life impacting as autism or Down Syndrome but when it became symptomatic, it was no day down the shore. I haven’t cured cancer, YET but I don’t have to justify my existence to anybody.
I understand the financial impact of long-term health care on families. I’m also aware of the trillions Uncle Sam rains down upon the heads of ungrateful bastards. If I’m going to be taxed into penury, at least give it to the people who need it.
