Well...California, like all States, is majority rules. I’m sure some cheating occurs on local levels. But, because of the electoral college, Cali isn’t really in play, nationally. I’m in Oregon...vote-by-mail for a couple of decades. I’m sure there are incidents of illegal voting, but it has no real effect, nationally. We’re expected to be counted as seven blue votes when the election is certified. It’s the “swing States” that were flagrantly tampered with that have everyone convinced that 2020 was stolen at the presidential level.
