Our democratic system of government in America is at stake, but only because one side is completely depraved and has hordes of useful idiots at their disposal.
Democrats lie and hope that our attention spans are short, as do their media allies. Recently, The Atlantic published an article in which the author called for a “pandemic amnesty” and that we need to forgive each other because “we were in the dark about COVID.” Lies.
We were not left in the dark at all. The media, Big Pharma, and Big Government all worked together to destroy our freedoms and ruin the lives of many Americans. Not because we didn’t know what COVID might do to us. But because we were emphatically told that these tyrannical policies of eliminating church services, closing down businesses, and trying to force a national vaccine mandate was going to save lives. There was no ambiguity in what was being promoted and for what reasons.
With inflation raging across the country, grocery bills skyrocketing, and an economy teetering on the brink of stagflation because of our asinine mishandling of COVID, we are also told that “democracy is on the ballot.” Of course, what about democracy and our rights and liberties during the COVID lockdowns? The destruction of democracy and the erosion of social trust was far more ruinous during the pandemic lockdowns than anything else.
Furthermore, if the future of democracy rests upon the next generation then the COVID lockdowns have done extraordinary harm to the development of American children. This doesn’t even touch on the propaganda being pushed in public schools. However, plummeting mathematics ability and reading comprehension because of COVID lockdown insanity is going to have consequences for years to come, perhaps even generations.

Where the hell have you people been? We’re coming up on three years of this farce. Now, all of a sudden, our chattering classes suddenly awaken.

As many of us have said from the beginning of the Covid nightmare... it was all about winning a presidential election in the United States.

That such messaging is now coming from the tyrannical side of the entire Covid "event" which demonstrably has shown less than one-tenth of one percent mortality worldwide over almost three years, suggests that the "event" itself was an "offense." And, using the definition above, a POLITICAL offense. Not against a government, in this case, but by governments, plural, against their own citizenry.
There should never be an amnesty or pardon for the many tyrannies spun off by the "event" and its sponsors and profiteers.
The call for amnesty is de facto a confession of the offenses, crimes against humanity.
Yeah thankfully we had the republicans to save us during covid. Oh wait…

That’s why I call them the “republican’ts”. I suspect a witty Brit might come up with a somewhat more salty term.
I work in psychiatry and have seen countless young lives affected. A lot of these kids are just now getting caught up in their academic markers after two years. Many of the younger children were affected developmentally.
Saw families lose their business and then their homes. Saw legions of suicidal young people just in pitiful states over the isolation they had to experience at such a crucial time in their lives.
I pray this young generation rises up someday when the truths are exposed. They need to give this liberal progressive cabal a thorough beatdown for what they did. And the ones most to blame in MY eyes were the teachers themselves. A bunch of scaredy cats who figured they’d scored a “vacation” getting to work virtually for a change. Many of them relished in it, yet also came in by the legions themselves due to the stress the online virtual environment caused for them.
Now we’re seeing the masks on again — for a freaking cold that lasts no more than five days now. My own son in law recently tested positive ...he was up and running all over town after a week. My grandkids had “runny noses.” Like ...what’s new?
I'll tell you what's new: Orange Man Bad upset the globalist/leftist apple cart, and we have now seen just how far they will go to protect their criminal enterprise. And even though they managed to rob Trump of a second term (thank you, republican'ts and other RINO losers), they could not put the MAGA sentiment/attitude that Trump tapped into and liberated, back in the bottle. And that is why we still see, nearly two years after he was driven from the Presidency, the leftists/media/Deep State/Creepy Joe desperately trying to convince everyone that America-first patriots are a "threat to democracy". They despise "America first", because they're all about "Me first!"
Yes they certainly did, and that’s no surprise. When their mission statements include “never let a crisis go to waste”, our lives go to hell from that belief on.
