The wife of convenience store chain Kum and Go CEO Tanner Krause is using her wealth to promote the killing of other women’s unborn children in abortions.
Live Action News reports Hannah Krause initially said she wanted to move out of Iowa after learning about the U.S. Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. But when she began to think more about the issue, Krause said she decided to use “the resources available to her” to “stay and try to make a difference.”
Krause’s husband runs the billion-dollar convenience store chain Kum and Go, which has nearly 400 stores across the mid-west. Hannah Krause also runs her own company, Eden, which sells high-end self care products in Des Moines.
Right now, Iowa leaders are fighting in court to enforce a pro-life heartbeat law, which would ban abortions once an unborn baby’s heartbeat is detectable, about six weeks of pregnancy. If enforced, the law could save more than 1,900 unborn babies’ lives every year, according to SBA Pro-Life America.
But Hannah Krause, a young mother of two, does not want that to happen. She is using her money and influence to fight to keep abortion on demand legal in Iowa.
“What will it be like to raise a young woman, coming-of-age, in a state where she won’t have control over her body?” she told Axios, referring to her 4-year-old daughter. “If people like me just say we don’t like the politics of this state and that I’m out, then we’ll never win.”
Krause recently organized an “abortion rights panel” in Des Moines to “educate and empower the next generation” of abortion activists in Iowa, according to the report. The event is scheduled for Nov. 7. Abortion activists on the panel include Suzanna de Baca, a former Planned Parenthood of the Heartland CEO and current CEO for Business Publication Corporation, according to Live Action.
Krause acknowledged that she and most of her family do not see eye to eye on abortion.
“I don’t have shared political views with my family and I come at this independently,” she said.
According to Axios and Live Action, her in-laws, former Kum and Go CEO Kyle Krause and his wife, Sharon, have donated to pro-life Republican candidates, including Gov. Kim Reynolds, while Hannah and her husband, Tanner, recently donated several thousand dollars to a pro-abortion candidate running against Reynolds.
Iowa is one of more than 20 states that is expected to protect unborn babies by banning abortions as a result of the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health ruling. Currently, 13 states have pro-life laws in effect, and at least eight more are fighting in court to enforce their laws.
A new report in the New York Times estimates a 6-percent drop in abortions since the June decision, resulting in more than 10,000 unborn babies saved.
ACTION ALERT: Make your views known. Contact Kum and Go. And contact Eden, Krause’s business.
So what Hannah. Men have zero control over whether they are made involuntary fathers. Besides Hannah, its not your body. Its a new human being, its not an organ that is genetically 100% you.
zero control? did you not see the one I posted last night? Planned Parenthood now offer giving men free vasectomies. Women’s birth control was never free (so said Sandra FLuke) so men what is your excuse?
I meant if women can decide not to be involuntary moms through abortion, men should also be able to choose no to involuntary fatherhood through abortion. Equal rights to decide no.
Men should be more careful with their seed.
Kum and Go. Is that like a Quicky mart?
The male equivalent of the right to abortion would be the right to walk away from any child support obligations.
Women should be more careful with their eggs.
In the old days, women needed to get a husband, and be faithful to that husband, even if the best they could get was somewhat boring and unattractive.
What the sexual revolution was really about, was women being allowed to chase after highly desirable men, without consequences.
A highly desirable man will spend time with a second-tier woman, IF and only if there are no strings.
I saw the title and said this is a Babylon Bee story.
I’m thinking, “Lady, and I use that term way too loosely, you just associated your husbands business with sex in a way that your customers have taken great lengths to avoid. You probably lost a third of your customers.”
It’s been years since I’ve been able to tell real LifeSite news from the Babylon Bee.
BWAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
“In the old days, women needed to get a husband, and be faithful to that husband, even if the best they could get was somewhat boring and unattractive”
But this is not the old days. The gov lied to women now they just have “babies for benefits” and it’s all subsadized.
So why would any man knock up a woman who has 10 other kids by 7 father? Happens every day and you can bet that father has about 5 to 10 babies with women all over town.
Never mind the freaking child support a man has to pay why on earth would he make a baby with a woman who does not give a shit?
All these things are to be considered yet men and women do this daily.
It’s the children who are hurt, not the mom having kids that are so many colors that they look like a box of crayola crayons or the dad complaining to pay child support. The kids are the ones who pay for all of this.
I just looked at her husband’s LinkedIn profile.

He’s a young guy, who graduated college 12 years ago and very quickly rose through the ranks.
She just killed his career.
“Kum and Go” I wanna say it but can’t.

OK I will. “Kum and Go” is the new Planned Parenthood slogan for sex without responsibility. Actually, this has been there slogan since forever.
Never been to one, but I won't ever do business with them.
Sounds like they hire sluts.. 🤓
I was talking about middle class hookup culture. You are talking about underclass culture. They are different (but converging).
Why does a ghetto thug knock up a woman with multiple kids? Because he doesn't care. All he cares about is that she's available for sex and has gotten somebody else to watch the kids for an hour. The kids are not on his radar. Child support is not on his radar either. He is unlikely to have legitimate wages that can be garnished and she's unlikely to know his real legal name and SS#, so she's just going to have the taxpayers pay for the kid.
The only way to change ghetto culture is to eliminate welfare. If the woman is left with a choice of securing a stable husband or starving, then her attitude may change.

I got news for you Hannah Krause....you don’t have control over your own body, you were bought with a price!
1 Peter1:18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;
19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
The woman has “control” of her body to avoid pregnancy except in the case of rape. And in those cases you can be pretty sure, most of the time, that she knows in the first 6 weeks if she’s with child.
Just take appropriate measures (aka CONTROL OF YOUR BODY) to prevent pregnancy in the first place (contraceptives, medical procedures, abstinence) and this is not an issue.
It’s called being a responsible adult.
I completely agree with your statement. Men should value and be careful with their seed. Definitely.
But maybe women should also value their virginity.
No one buys a lock that many keys can open.
Of,course I also believe every baby born should, as a standard procedure, be given a paternity test.
