Vegetarianism and veganism have been gaining popularity, but the latest fad has people eating only raw plant foods that can be consumed without cooking.

What is with these nut jobs?! Even cavemen cooked and used their foods.

That is because the cavemen were smarter then our current crop of nitwits.

Heat caused the cell walls to break down and makes it easier to digest foods and extract more nutrients and calories with less effort.

It is why we have a small gut unlike the other primates and we do not spend all our time stuffing our faces.

But nitwits will nitwit and we can only hope they die off quickly.
