The Queen didn’t travel with her own toilet seat... But rumour has it that after she stayed at a hotel or lodging, the toilet she used while staying there needed to be removed, destroyed and replaced with a new one. This likely became customary after DNA analysis started to be a thing.

It sounds odd but it makes sense. You wouldn’t want somebody out there replicating royal DNA or determining that the current residents may not be entitled to their positions through DNA analysis.

Their German ancestry would likely be dominate any DNA analysis... Leaving one to wonder why they hold their Royal positions in the first place. I’ve done my DNA analysis and there isn’t one ounce of Limey in me... 50% Irish... 47% Scottish... 3% Viking.

The question would be... Is there any percentage of Limey in their DNA? And if not, or even if there is only a small amount... Why are they the Royals?

Di brought a lot of English into the family. Liz’s mom was also English and Scottish. For the most part, though, royals had to marry other royals, and that makes the royal family mostly German and Danish in ancestry. Phil’s “Greek” ancestry is also Danish and German. Rulers married royals from other countries to create alliances and also in order to not favor one English family over another.
