If true, then I am pondering my opinion that President Trump cannot be arrested against his will, given he must have had mil guarding him throughout his time following his first administration. Can't arrest him if the Marines guarding him don't trust those performing the arrest - that's their CINC and they aren't just handing him over, unless it were to serve some purpose 45 intended, which I don't think it would.
If the Biden administration and their show trials had been legal and fair, President Trump would appear lawless and 'above the law' should he refuse arrest.
But the Biden administration is not legitimate, the show trials were not constitutional, and Chinese puppets are not to be trusted. No one has been, or is currently able to reach out and touch the POTUS unless he wants to be reached while he's guarded by his military. I forget that many who are presently predicting his arrest do not believe Q is real and that there are White Hats serving him with their lives.
So that leads me to think that the Biden Politburo will pretend it has the legitimate right to arrest him and that he's acting like a dictator above the law by refusing. Pose it as a crisis, use some FF to make it seem like MAGA has risen in revolt. From there they will lie and twist to get the optics they want to get escalation, but behind it all, White Hats are in control.

Recall that the DoJ/FBI waited until it was confirmed he would not be at MAL when they raided it.
And that he was sufficient distance from MAL that he could not return in time.
Even the warrant-serve was FUBAR’d.
