Its actually easier than that. Jay Valentines team has developed an “app” you can download on your phone, enabling you to monitor State voter rolls, and watch in real time as ghost voters are created, vote and then ,…uncreated.
The idea of the app is that you can CONTEST the voter, but the app would also enable you to gather evidence for later prosecutions.
I believe he has made this app available to County Sheriffs thruout the country, and it includes methods for tracing exactly WHO is activating these ghost voters.
SMART people, if there were any, would NOT participate, this time around, but then criminals never think they will get caught.
