Ukrainians are used to harsh living. They lived through WWII without these extras before and will do so again.
You forget tat they survived the Stalin’s Holodomor.
Terror bombings on non-military targets does not make a good substitute for constant failures on the battlegrounds, Mr. Ivan.
And it doesn’t appear to even be all that effective, as power is already back on in these cities, with a few exceptions, from what I understand.

Ukraine desperately pleads for more weapons, ammunition and billions more U.S. dollars to be pumped into its collapsed economy. It struggles to keep the lights on, electric trains running, and water systems operational. Its people are fleeing in droves.
This is the Western world’s latest definition of “winning.”
Nothing more than a money laundering operation.
