We dont know how judges will rule.

The USG (some say “Fedzilla”) has broad authority over the internet including over .com names.

There are also various statues with give them broad powers.

If they want to abuse or expand those powers they can.

It will take some outrage and years to rectify.

Also don’t forget the chilling effect it has that I posted about...

I’m just trying to put myself in their shoes and how I would go about it.

I suspect they will do this soon and will pick something unpopular maybe like the example I used of infowars.

Even posters on here will cheer its demise but it would set a dangerous precedent.

They already have set the precedent with sites who do flagrant copyright abuse of movies, etc. they just have to expand those powers under some BS definition.
