On advice of someone here, I had been using nitter.net as a proxy for Twitter. It was a great site which essentially mirrored twitter content, except in reverse tone (black background).
It was a great site for reading Twitter content without requiring a Twitter account.
It suddenly stopped working last Friday after the takeover.
Did others experience the same? Thanks.
If it has stopped working, Must probably is changing the Twitter code
It never really rendered properly for me anyway. Probably my ad, cookie and script blockers.
Firefox detected an issue and did not continue to nitter.net. The website is either misconfigured or your computer clock is set to the wrong time.
It’s likely the website’s certificate is expired, which prevents Firefox from connecting securely.
Try nitter.ca
Thanks.

I can’t understand why you would join a site to try and find out what’s on Twitter.
Why not just join Twitter?
Twitter is safe now.
Musk is a bit of a libertarian, I signed up for the first time the day he took over.
Not really left, not really right.
It’s what you’d expect from an Aspie.
Don’t worry about this, unless the government yanks Twitter away from Musk due to “national security”, excuse me “Democrat security”.
I agree, thanks all.
