And as a bonus, Putin had the shakes and the twisty-legs again today in Sochi. Time for another deer antler blood transfusion while he's there.

If this is “victory” for ANY party involved in this apparently unending conflict, then the lessons of Pyrrhus of Epirus, a Greek king undone by his costly battles against the Romans, have been lost altogether.

Only ruin and desolation lie in the wake of this kind of engagement, the victor being indistinguishable from the vanquished.

So much for the ‘’vaunted’’ Russian Army. Turns out the Russian military is nothing more than bums with guns.

Kyiv has claimed

In other words, the claim has absolutely no credibility because Ukrainians, like the Biden regime, lie like they breath.

Here's what is true:

https://www.axios.com/2022/10/31/russia-strikes-ukraine-kyiv-water

The big picture: Russian strikes on Kyiv on Monday left 80% of consumers in the capital without water and 350,000 homes without electricity, Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko wrote in a Telegram post.

This is mere hours after Zelenskyy said, “Kherson? Nah, it’s a Russian trap.”

The video is revealing. It sounds like Allahu Akbar people scrambling. And the video shows an APC driving over obvious mines in the road. Are they that blind? Drunk on Vodka maybe?

This diseased and cancerous puke. Nikolai Patrushev has been sick of this wasteoid dunce for at least 10 years. Let Patrushev take over and send Putin into permanent gay exile in Sochi

https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/much-ukrainian-capital-without-power-water-after-new-russian-airstrikes

The Washington Post noted there are "power outages continuing in the Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions," and others. The Post listed some of the below regions impacted by large-scale power outages and water supply disruptions:

Kyiv region: Russian strikes damaged buildings, and rescuers are searching for victims, the regional police said. Attacks left 80 percent of the capital without water and are likely to cause sustained power outages, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said.
Kharkiv: Two strikes hit critical infrastructure facilities in the eastern city, causing problems with the water supply and affecting the public transit network, the mayor said.
Zaporizhzhia region: An infrastructure facility was struck by rockets, the local governor said, prompting warnings from officials in the southern region that energy supplies there could also be affected.
Cherkasy region: Some of the region lost power after air attacks on infrastructure facilities, the military administrator said.

https://www.newsweek.com/ukraine-energy-company-dtek-running-out-equipment-fix-power-outages-1755847

DTEK—the Ukrainian energy giant that provides a significant share of the country's energy supply—is running out of equipment to fix the widespread power outages the country has experienced under fire by invading Russian forces.

On Monday, officials with Ukraine's largest privately operated energy company announced it has depleted its stores of equipment following a series of attacks on the country's energy and water infrastructure over the past month. On Monday, Russian forces deployed at least 50 missiles targeting the country's electrical grid and water supplies, leaving swaths of the country without power as winter approaches.

While DTEK Executive Director Dmytro Sakharuk said Monday the company was able to purchase some equipment to offset the losses, the cost of the equipment is "now measured in hundreds of millions of dollars," with some outages estimated to last well into Tuesday.

Putin is trying to destroy the edifices and structures of Ukraine, but the Ukriane soldiers are not running away or losing as fast as Putin’s army of conscripts.
