I’ve followed this case for years, it seems she is on the older side of the suspected age range (but within it), it turns out she was married and had a kid(s). Her name was Ruth Marie Terry (37) from Tennessee and had ties to Mass.

Good point, I had my money on a younger “lady” who was bank robber and broke out of a Plymouth jail the old fashion way, with a hack saw. Her name is Rory Gene Kesinger, so if it isn’t her, were is Rory? The other thing is Rory was mixed up with a gang, was Ruth mixed up with the same gang ?
Several years later following an episode on Unsolved Mysteries which featured her death, the killer was located doing time in a Florida prison.
Reminds me of the 1950 movie “Mystery Street”, starring Ricardo Montalban.

They closed the Truckee, CA, Kiely Rodni (age 16) case a few days ago as accidental. Sure, she drove her car at 11 mph down a very bumpy dirt road full of chug holes and into the reservoir because she was falling down drunk despite the autopsy results stating no water in her lungs, alcohol in her body was likely due to decomp and she’d crawled past two open windows to get trapped in the hatch. Funny how LE missed locating her at every turn and it took volunteer divers to find her in 35 minutes in 14 feet of water right where her phone last pinged. The wackadoodle community was outright angry she was found. It’s all who you know.
One little tidbit is Nancy Pelosi and Podesta are two of the wealthy VIP home owners there. Podesta was quoted in the Sierra Sun, iirc, that he sits on his deck having coffee as he looks across where the Donners were also eating.
All those DNA testing kits people love are totally not being harvested by the FBI.
