When the smoke clears....I think 3 things will be obvious.
1. The attacker has been mentally unbalanced for 20 years, and no one seemed to care.
2. As long as he hadn’t any obvious crime (other than shop-lifting or assault)...no one was going to arrest or detain him.
3. Hammer-guy just selected Pelosi while on a high.
Note on hammer-guys wife....she obviously did get caught on something by the police and has some substantial years to finish in prison.
