Yes!

*Board Examinations* are privately owned companies in a variety of disciplines. I know there are competing versions in some fields. In massage, the board certifications are linked to practice insurance. It is a lucrative combination and they work tirelessly to get their credentialing written into state law/mandated. It is its own profit center and the professional insurance is the real, recurring income stream.

Billionaires like Kirsch are essential to the parallel economy. Setting up a medical clinic/practice/hospital is very expensive.

Like other economic sanctions favored by the censors, there are legal ways around the mandates.
