Liars. Hearing costs are going to up by WAY more than 28% this heating season. And it doesn’t even have to be a particularly severe winter, either.
Worse is, that the fuel cannot even be delivered, because of no Diesel fuel for the trucks to haul it out the the customers.

Could have something to do with the 1.04 million b/d (barrels per day) of diesel the USA has been exporting in 2022.

They are already talking about a diesel shortage and it isn’t even winter. Diesel and home heating oil are the same thing so I would think there will be a shortage of heating oil this winter. This will be a tough winter for millions of Americans.
