This was a test run for The Who's film, "The Kids Are Alright' documentary.

I like this version, it's more raw, than the Sheppardton studio polished version.

Well anyway, the last verse of, "Meet the new boss, same as the old boss", is still true some 50 tears later, except for the 4 years of Trump

Another great Who song that resonates in today’s world of forced “gender fluidity”...

I’m A Boy

The greatest rock band of them all to me

I think this is the final song in The Concert for New York, after 9/11 and the first responders in attendance went nuts during the song, like they had started to get back to normal by giving the middle finger to Al Qaeda with this song.

I just realized that this is the theme song for CSI Miami. I always they said “We won’t get food again” which never made sense to me.

IMHO the greatest live performance ever is their Isle of Wight 1970 performance of “Young Man Blues”, even better than the Live at Leeds one.

I remember when it first came out. Was listening to either WNEW fm or WABC fm* in NYC. The DJ loved it so much, he played again right away...and again not long after that.
I can even remember who was in the car with me, where we were going and why. lol

*.... WABC fm changed call sign that summer so it may have been WPLJ fm by then. Those were the ONLY two stations I would tune my fm converter (remember those?) to back then.
