Well maybe he can use that CIA money to make Twitter profitable without black funds. This is a really easy thing to do, BTW. He can sell ads all day and if he wants there are folks that will pay a premium for extras (like no ads). It’s child’s play to make a profit on such a large platform with a built in audience and Musk knows it.
