Don't limit your suggestions to the link. That's just a placeholder. Thanks!
My wife and my daughter listen to Allie Beth Stuckey’s podcast. Allie is a young Christian conservative who does a very good current events podcast. One of her sponsors is Good Ranchers.
We’re on our third delivery of most excellent American steak and chicken. The delivery is on time, the cost is expensive but not out of line and best of all, the meat is delicious.
Costco cuts deals with all of their partners. AMEX did not want to re up their processing deal. Their transaction prices are much higher than Visa. So, VISA won their business.
My mom’s husband used to own a meat packing plant. Since he retired he has to buy meat now. He knows beef and he loves Costco.
Thank you all for your thoughtful replies!
I hope other Freepers are benefitting from this as well.
God bless you all!
Taste of Texas is fantastic. Great family owned business too. Gives back to the community.
Not what I would consider as prime.
best fresh beef for the money, hands down, is Costco, though it’s extremely rare that Costco ever puts their meat on sale ... they don’t have to as their turnover is phenomenal and they often sell out ... which BTW, is another reason their beef is so fresh ...
there are multiple subgrades in the Prime and Choice categories, and Costco buys the better subgrades ... that’s why when you look at Choice at a chain like Safeway and Choice at Costco, the Costco Choice is marbled better, and often the Choice at Costco will be as marbled as Prime in other chains ...

I’m not a fan of home freezing of cut beef, though flash frozen cut beef can rival fresh cut beef ...
“Costco ... veggies are NOT fresh.”
agreed ... i quit buying veg & fruit from Costco long ago ... most was a day or two from expiration ... their meat on the other hand is incomparable ... However, Sam’s Warehouse has excellent veg & fruit ...
