the Astros should revert back to their pre 1965 name, the COLT 45s and really give the woketards something to get triggered overHey, it works every time!

A buddy of mine was just telling me about this.
His daughter and son in law went to the Yankees-Astros (go Astros) game and said the fans were booing and heckling Cruz for wearing an Astros jersey. The whole place was chanting ‘Let’s Go Brandon’, but that wasn’t reported.

This stuff has gone on for a long time, in both directions. They had a saying in Dallas back in the oil glory days:
“There’s no better sight than a New Yorker getting on a plane home with a gift Stetson in his hand and a confused look on his face.”

I have hated the Yankees before and after the Dodgers left Brooklyn!
I'm a little too young to remember those days but my dad saw quite a few games at Ebbets Field and the Polo Grounds. He played in the minors for a couple of years and had the honor of meeting Willie Mays at an exhibition game.

the Astros should revert back to their pre 1965 name, the COLT 45s and really give the woketards something to get triggered over (no pun intended 😀😜). That could be a double-edged triggering event. Obviously, Colt .45 refers to a pistol but isn't it also the name of the favored drink of the primary demographic group of the intercity? At least, it used to be. I'm sure the wokes would get agitated over that angle too.

The problem is Canadian Cuban Lyn’ Ted does it use his real name: Rafael Eduardo Cruz. I guess he’s just trying to be American.

Post season is thankfully New York free once again to the disappointment of the media. So glad they and their stupid $210 million payroll got sent home. I hope they lose a billion next year. Love it when teams fail when attempting to buy a championship.
1. New York Mets $235.6 million - post season eliminated.
2. Los Angeles Dodgers $214.5 million - post season eliminated.
3. New York Yankees $211.2 million - post season eliminated.
4. San Diego Padres $184.5 million - post season eliminated.
5. Chicago White Sox $169.6 million - epic collapse lol.
6. Philadelphia Phillies $168.9 million - world series.
7. Boston Red Sox $164.5 million - failed
8. Los Angeles Angels $161.3 million - failed
9. Houston Astros $157.8 million - world series...but they cheat and use tech to steal signals.
blah blah blah blah
30. Cleveland Guardians $29.1 million - Took Yankees to game 5 of ALDS before Yankees call a premature rainout in order to rest their starting pitchers and bullpen.
It's like going to a poker game with $50 and some dude is sitting at the table with $500. Can you win his money? Sure. Sometimes you might. But more often than not, that dude is going to be sitting at the final table while you're eating pizza with the other losers in the corner. I'll always root against the $500 guy an be happy when someone beats him.

I've hated them since my grandma taught me to hate them. I remember her once, in hospice, sick as all get-out with cancer. She looked over and smiled and said "the Indians struck out Reggie Jackson three times today".

I hated the Yankees, and adopted the Dodgers as a natural reaction to my hatred of the Yankees. I view the Dodgers' time in Los Angeles as akin to the Avignon Papacy.

Northerners (Yankees) were once against slavery . . . Not New York City. They profited handsomely from the trade.
The worst race riot in American history, by far, took place in New York City during and after the Battle of Gettysburg. A substantial number of black people who were unlucky enough to find themselves in the streets during those days were lynched on the spot.
The mayhem didn't end until union troops arrived from Gettysburg to end it

Yankees fans are everywhere but the NY city fan base is known to hurl racial abuse (and occasionally trash) at opposing teams. They boo their own players who are slumping. They booed Aaron Judge for having 7 bad at-bats after hitting 62 home runs. They are the worst fan base in baseball and I would wear their hatred as a badge of honor.

Hi.
How is senator Cruz a racist?
The Astros have white, Hispanic, black and Asian.
Was there an explanation...?
No transgender?

I’m convinced that if the New York Yankees ever go 162-0, sweep the playoffs and hit 1,000 home runs for the season (as a team), they will still find things to gripe and boo about.
